llama adds Chris Serwatka as Technology Director

llama is thrilled to announce the addition of Chris Serwatka to our team as Technology Director. Everywhere he’s worked, Chris has left behind a legacy of happy customers and inspired co-workers. Not only does he give llama yet another Tririga maven, but his deep experience with hosting and performance allow us to expand our offerings while pushing the frontiers of technology. Already he’s captained our expansion into Blue Prism and Tableau, seamlessly integrating those technologies with IWMS to create solutions that deliver real strategic value for our customers (stay tuned for more info on those!). His joyful spirit fits right in at llama, ensuring that our team and our customers have the most fun in the industry.

Chris's love of technology began at a young age with an IBM XT and a borrowed copy of Turbo Pascal. For over 30 years, he's worked in areas of tech from industrial to corporate, ranging from fiber optic connectivity for process control systems to enterprise software development and deployment. Chris built and managed hosted IBM enterprise SaaS solutions for organizations of all sizes around the globe, leveraging his skillset to fine-tune hosted applications for peak performance.  He also developed backup and disaster recovery solutions to keep applications from missing any beats. Chris loves a good challenge and his tenacious drive and attention to detail allow his creative mind to find solutions everywhere. When he’s not solving problems, he has a passion for motorcycles and creating music of all genres.
