Ahren Lembke-Windler

Ahren loves problem solving and has been implementing technology to help organizations do just that for over 20 years. Leading large scale enterprise efforts for customers such as ADP, SunTrust, Airbus, GSK and Dell has given him a deep reservoir of industry experience to draw from. His background as a builder of software and simulations gives him the ability to apply technical precision to complex business environments. One of his favorite things is drawing inspiration from his other passions - family, music, sports - to inspire unique solutions and points of view.

Judith Kilthau

Judith has one main mission: Create technology solutions that solve real problems. She has worked within all facets of a technology project, from the initial strategy and planning all the way to the nuts and bolts of development work. Understanding the full spectrum of a technology implementation has allowed Judith to successfully create solutions at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, ADP, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and JLL. Outside work, you’ll find her attempting to fulfill her endless curiosity with books, practicing yoga, or joining her friends on the jiu jitsu mat.

Romik Mesrkhani

Romik mixes a fresh perspective to complex business problems with a ton of drive and curiosity. He volunteers in Dominican Republic and Peru, creates websites for Global Medical Training and small local businesses and attends hackathons. Drawing from his diverse experiences and challenging coursework at UCI, Romik creates inspiring solutions for llama customers. You can also catch Romik boogie boarding on the beach, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, enjoying the outdoors and embarking on adventures.

SALENTO BODDIE 

Salento has over 10 years’ experience evaluating process solutions and identifying opportunities to increase productivity, decrease costs, facilitate collaboration, and align processes. He specializes in gathering information and analyzing all aspects of the asset life cycle. He has been a Business Analyst on multiple Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS) implementation projects to date. In Salento’s spare time he enjoys attending sporting events, catching fish, and car watching.

Alfredo Bittencourt

Alfredo is passionate about innovation and opportunities to apply his experience in new and innovative ways. He began his career as a Software Quality Engineer at IBM, then moved move to the Performance Test Lead role for IBM TRIRIGA, and later worked as a Software Architect for TRIRIGA UX Applications at JLL, while consulting for Google. He then joined llama as Technical Director, now focused on creating new applications, improving technical processes, and managing llama's hosting services. Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys playing the guitar, gaming, watching movies, and exploring new destinations around the world.

Torri Taylor-Vela

Torri is passionate about creating seamless technology solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience. With a background in product management, customer success, and business analysis, she has worked across fitness software, booking platforms, and now IWMS, helping businesses streamline operations and improve workflows.

Her experience includes leading development teams, driving automation strategies, and making complex processes more intuitive. She believes great products come from collaboration, continuous learning, and a deep understanding of user needs.

Outside of work, Torri enjoys staying active, practicing yoga, and going to the beach. She also loves traveling, exploring new places, and making memories with her three kids and partner.

Callie Moore

Callie brings a love of details and problem-solving to every project. She has worked with Baylor Scott & White, UNC Healthcare, and Indeed to implement software systems, streamline processes, and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions. With a strong foundation in enterprise software and cross-functional collaboration, she’s especially skilled in stakeholder engagement and turning feedback into actionable solutions.

Callie values strong relationships and thoughtful feedback, and she’s always looking for ways to grow. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader (mostly fantasy) and a passionate organizer who could happily spend hours perfecting her pantry. She enjoys unwinding with her family through cooking, movie nights, and spending time outdoors—especially when the Texas weather cooperates.

Kim Hallowell

Kim brings a deep curiosity and a passion for streamlined processes to her problem-solving approach. With extensive experience in operations, project management, and data analytics, particularly within the staffing, recruitment, and software industries, she thrives on building efficient systems that drive results.

Outside of work, she’s an active community volunteer and enjoys gaming with family. A firm believer in trying everything at least once, she’s always diving into new hobbies, whether it’s trivia nights, creative crafting, or expanding her growing collection of niche interests.
