Ahren Lembke-Windler

Ahren loves problem solving and has been implementing technology to help organizations do just that for over 20 years. Leading large scale enterprise efforts for customers such as ADP, SunTrust, Airbus, GSK and Dell has given him a deep reservoir of industry experience to draw from. His background as a builder of software and simulations gives him the ability to apply technical precision to complex business environments. One of his favorite things is drawing inspiration from his other passions - family, music, sports - to inspire unique solutions and points of view.

Judith Kilthau

Judith has one main mission: Create technology solutions that solve real problems. She has worked within all facets of a technology project, from the initial strategy and planning all the way to the nuts and bolts of development work. Understanding the full spectrum of a technology implementation has allowed Judith to successfully create solutions at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, ADP, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and JLL. Outside work, you’ll find her attempting to fulfill her endless curiosity with books, practicing yoga, or joining her friends on the jiu jitsu mat.

Romik Mesrkhani

Romik mixes a fresh perspective to complex business problems with a ton of drive and curiosity. He volunteers in Dominican Republic and Peru, creates websites for Global Medical Training and small local businesses and attends hackathons. Drawing from his diverse experiences and challenging coursework at UCI, Romik creates inspiring solutions for llama customers. You can also catch Romik boogie boarding on the beach, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, enjoying the outdoors and embarking on adventures.

Anchit Roy

You know that itch that develops when a tough problem remains unsolved? – Anchit is here to scratch it. This Rocket Scientist (no, really) loves a challenge and doesn't stop until the problem is solved, even if it takes a few extra shots of espresso. Whether he's analyzing wind tunnel data or creating powerful business intelligence solutions, Anchit thrives on learning new technologies and meeting new people. When not working, he enjoys reading, watching Gordon Ramsay scream, eating and following sports.

Sandy Bushey

Sandy puts her heart into providing outstanding service and continuous improvement. With over 10 years in Workplace Technology, she helped cultivate the Asset Management programs at Trinity Health and ADP. Her experience as an IWMS user gives this llama an empathetic edge to finding solutions that make sense for our customers. At home, enjoying the simple things with her family is Sandy’s cup of tea, and she loves an opportunity to get creative in the kitchen with cakes.

SALENTO BODDIE 

Salento has over 10 years’ experience evaluating process solutions and identifying opportunities to increase productivity, decrease costs, facilitate collaboration, and align processes. He specializes in gathering information and analyzing all aspects of the asset life cycle. He has been a Business Analyst on multiple Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS) implementation projects to date. In Salento’s spare time he enjoys attending sporting events, catching fish, and car watching.

Neil Copeland

Neil is a fixer and always eager to learn. He could be learning how an appliance works in order to repair it or learning a new monthly business process to see how it could be improved. He has been involved with IWMS for over 10 years and worked on all areas of the facilities life cycle for clients in many different industries. With that experience, he is able to quickly provide solutions and ideas to clients. Neil loves the challenge of learning something new and keeping up with the ever changing world. He enjoys concerts of all genres, spending time in nature and following sports.

John Davis

John thrives in the spaces right before the “ah-ha” moment. While some might call achieving amalgamation with efficiency a “challenge”, this is what John has spent his career doing and LIKING it. Leveraging a lifelong fascination of technology, John has created solutions for clients such as SunTrust, Expedia, Google, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and more, often providing them anywhere from corporate real estate solutions, to a simplified cryptocurrency participation process for the everyday investor, to analyzing system architecture and workflows to provide performance improvements. When not serving as the Babel fish for clients, you can find John with his wife and two cats seeing the vast wonders this country has to offer from the comfort of their home on wheels.
