Business & Technology Analyst

llama helps organizations use technology to improve their business.  We are looking for a curious, growth-minded individual who can help us deliver solutions.  As a member of our team, you will learn our customers’ existing tools and business processes so that you can help them solve problems and innovate.  You will also work with our internal team to conceive, develop, and refine new products.

What you’ll work on:

• Understanding our customers’ business processes

• Becoming knowledgeable about existing workplace technologies

• Interacting with customers and doing whatever it takes to solve their problems

• Working as part of a team to implement enterprise technology solutions

• Coming up with ideas for new, innovative products

• Helping design, build, improve, and test new products

IWMS Implementation Lead

llama provides the world’s best Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS).  We are looking for an experienced, driven individual who can lead solutions for our biggest customers.  You’ll help our customers define their processes, map them to existing features, and work with a team to deliver the resulting functionality.  You’ll help us design innovative, value-add solutions and improve our delivery methodologies.  As a senior team member, you’ll help us develop our internal talent and identify growth opportunities.

What you’ll work on:

• Leading multi-module implementations for strategic customers

• Conducting planning and process workshops

• Defining requirements and features

• Working as part of a team to implement your IWMS solutions

• Interacting with customers and doing whatever it takes to solve their problems

• Staying on top of product developments and designing innovative solutions

• Helping llama define delivery processes and improve our product offerings
