llama Managed Services Maintenance Calendar

Production Environment Window

For the calendar year 2025, production environment maintenance windows for llama Managed Services environments are planned and reserved every first Saturday of the month and will start at 10AM ET and are usually 2 hours in duration, but may be longer due to the patching requirements, in which case the llama team will send notifications with the expected outage duration.

A secondary maintenance window on every other Saturday of each month will be reserved for critical security patches, starting at 10AM ET and usually 2 hours in duration.

The llama team may take some, none, or all of these windows, depending on patching requirements for environment O/S, middleware, and application layers.

Non-Production Environment Window

For the calendar year 2025, non-production environment maintenance windows for llama Managed Services environments are planned and reserved every other Wednesday of the month and will start at 4 PM ET and are usually 2 hours in duration, but may be longer due to the patching requirements, in which case the llama team will send notifications with the expected outage duration.

The llama team may take some, none, or all of these windows, depending on patching requirements for environment O/S, middleware, and application layers.

Critical Maintenance Window

In exceptional cases such as critical security patching, the llama team may need to schedule unplanned emergency maintenance outages outside of the regular Maintenance windows. The team will provide as much advanced notice as possible, however depending on criticality, the regular notification .

Notifications

The llama team will notify the client one week ahead of any production maintenance window that will require downtime. Non-production environments that require downtime will be notified with no less than 48 hours.

Critical patches might require a quicker response than the specifications set above, in which case the llama team will schedule with the client a possible outage window outside the regular maintenance windows.

Change Freeze Period

The Change / Freeze period for year end 2025 is December 7, 2025 through January 4, 2026.

During the Change / Freeze window, environments are be available to users and all standard automated processes (such as backups, monitoring, replication etc.) will not be affected. However, coordinated changes to environments will not be available during this time.

In addition, environment maintenance and/or planned outages are not scheduled during this period, except for critical security patches.
